Join us for the premiere of a short documentary featuring the stories of Irish emigrants who settled in Hamilton, Ontario during the Great Hunger.
Featuring descendants of Famine migrants sharing cherished family lers and artifacts, as well as historical perspectives from Dr. Laura Smith, historical researcher and advisor totte the Canada Ireland Foundation.
This short documentary video is part of the ongoing Great Famine Voices series produced and curated by Dr. Jason King for Ireland’s National Famine Museum, Strokestown Park and the Irish Heritage Trust.
