Irish Traditional Solo Dance for Adults – Level One – Online
An event every week that begins at 2:00 pm on Monday, repeating until March 6, 2023
New series of online classes for adults – in Irish Traditional Solo Dance
Each Monday beginning 6 February for 5 weeks – a beginner class. (can start in second week)
Level 1 – beginner level where you will learn some easy reels – a series of steps from Joe O’Donovan of Co Cork, passed to Annette from Patrick O’Dea. Part of the beauty of this living tradition is that the steps continue to be passed on from one generation to the next.
Annette will take a little time each week to demonstrate and discuss other dance types: jig, slip jig, hornpipe etc.
